friendly staff hotel arrangement no reply gluten issue
the reception staff were friendly. they were knowledgeable about the area. the hotel arranged two trips to seville and cordoba. we thoroughly enjoyed them.
My partner is coeliac. I informed the hotel beforehand. she was told soup was 'sin gluten'. she was sick for four days. i sent two emails and received no reply or apology.

mixed feelings about the stay
slow elevators poor soundproofing
the elevators were INCREDIBLY slow. i often waited several minutes , especially during peak hours like breakfast and dinner. this was particularly ANNOYING when i was trying to get to the rooftop bar in the evening. Also , the soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, difficult to sleep some nights.

many options lovely touch tiny room busy elevators
the breakfast had so many options. rituals products in the room were a lovely touch.. the staff helped with any questions. they got us taxis instantly.
the room felt kind of tiny for a four-star hotel. it wasn't particularly romantic. the sockets near the bed were hard to reach. the elevators were often busy.

A GEM on the coast!
clean room very nice view
The room was VERY clean. The room offered sufficient space for my luggage. The hotel staff were friendly. They did their jobs well. The sky bar provided an very nice view of the area.

inconsistent air conditioning thin walls
the location was acceptable for my needs. it allowed straightforward access to the nearby areas without issues.
I experienced issues with the air conditioning unit in my room. It operated inconsistently. i reported the problem to the front desk, but the maintenance team did not resolve the issue . the noise from nearby rooms was a problem, particularly late at night. Thin walls impacted sleep quality.
